Golden temple is located at the Amritsar district of Panjab State, India. It’s one of the holy places of Shikh.

Personal Experience

We visited this place while our Leh-Laddakh bike ride. When we entered Amritsar city. At the welcome gate, we see the beautiful design and well highlight with decorative lights.

We booked our hotel in front of Golden temple which cost us around 1100/-, we stayed in Amritsar for two days, to cover nearby, places.

We want to see the night as well as day view of the Golden temple so we plan to visit in late at 12:30 pm. Near the main gate a soon as we entered we fill a different type of positive energy. The over all view is so amazing.

The golden temple is located in the middle of the Lake. We saw a mirror image of the Golden temple in Lake. Surrounding structure is identical and suitable.

Langar: It’s almost 1:30 am, We try Lunger = A food facilities provide by Golden temple. We were very much surprised when we enter the food court area. Thousands of plates and glasses are organized in their iron structure. This unlimited food facility available 24/7.

The next day we visited the surrounding area and try delicious food.
