About Sagareshwar Beach

Sagareshwar beach is one of the finest beaches in Konkan. This is famous but less crowded just 25 km from the Goa border. Type of unknown or place for tourist. The attraction of this beach is clear sand and water. It’s located on Vengurla Shiroda road.

सागरेश्वर समुद्र  किनारा हा कोकणातील सर्वोत्तम समुद्रकिनाऱ्यांपैकी एक आहे. गोवा सीमेपासून अगदी 25 किमी अंतरावर हे प्रसिद्ध पण कमी गर्दीचे ठिकाण आहे. पर्यटकांसाठी अज्ञात असे. स्वच्छ वाळू आणि पाणी हे या बीचचे आकर्षण आहे. हा समुद्र किनारा वेंगुर्ला शिरोडा नजीक आहे.

Sagreshwar beach, one of the cleanest beaches I ever saw. When we entered in water, you won’t believe it’s crystal clear. A saw the blue sea with white sand just like Hollywood films. It’s one of the unforgettable movements of my life.

सागरेश्वर बीच, मी पाहिलेल्या सर्वात स्वच्छ समुद्रकिनाऱ्यांपैकी एक. जेव्हा आम्ही पाण्यात प्रवेश केला, तेव्हा तुमचा विश्वास बसणार नाही की ते येथील वाळू स्फटिकासारखी आहे. हॉलीवूडच्या चित्रपटांसारखा पांढरा वाळूचा असलेला निळा समुद्र पाहिला. ही माझ्या आयुष्यातील अविस्मरणीय पर्वणीच होती.

Sagareshwar temple Vengurla

There is one temple of Lord Shiva, Who is the god of water and Sea. So this beach is named Sagareshwar beach. It’s just five km away from Vengurla.

पाणी आणि समुद्राची देवता असलेल्या शंकराचे एक मंदिर आहे. त्यामुळे या बीचला सागरेश्वर बीच असे नाव देण्यात आले आहे. वेंगुर्ल्यापासून फक्त पाच किमी अंतरावर असलेले हे बीच. म्हणजे आमच्या सारख्या पर्यटकांना एक पर्वणीच आहे.

Sagareshwar temple is a beautiful small temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Just before Sagareshwar beach surrounded by cypress trees.  It looks so pretty. I click that image by my eyes and save it in my God-gifted hard disk in my heart.

सागरेश्वर मंदिर हे भगवान शिवाला समर्पित एक सुंदर छोटेसे मंदिर आहे. सभोवताली डेरेदार झाडांनी वेढलेला सागरेश्वर समुद्रकिनारा व मध्ये असलेले हे मंदिर खूप सुंदर दिसते. मी माझ्या डोळ्यांनी प्रतिमा क्लिक केली आणि माझ्या हृदयात देवाने दिलेल्या हार्ड डिस्कमध्ये ती जतन केली. जी आठवणी सर्च करताना उपयोगी येईल.

Personal Experience of Bike ride and camping

I visited this place many times, I am sharing my experience when we did camping in the night while our Mumbai to Goa bike ride.

मी या ठिकाणाला अनेकदा भेट दिली आहे, मुंबई ते गोवा बाईक राईड करताना आम्ही रात्री कॅम्पिंग केले तेव्हाचा अनुभव मी शेअर करत आहे.

Kunkeshwar to Vengurla

I remember it’s the second days of our trip, 25 January. We planning to cover most of the Costle Road of Konkanan. So we select and covered Kunkeshwar Tarkarli, Malvan, route and plan to reach Vengurla for a night stay. The road is familiar to me, condition of the road was good, we found some patches and curry narrow roads.  as we are bike riders we enjoyed such a road. It’s full of very beautiful views from both sides of the road. Many times we saw from a hilltop a blue sea become an orange. While sunset. We fill that movement just like an ocean invite Sun for rest.

मला आठवते की आमच्या सहलीचे दुसरे दिवस होता, २५ जानेवारी. आम्ही कोकणातील बहुतेक कॉस्टल रोड कव्हर करण्याचा विचार करत आम्ही कुणकेश्वर तारकर्ली, मालवण, मार्ग निवडला आणि कव्हर केला आणि रात्रीच्या मुक्कामासाठी वेंगुर्ला गाठण्याचा प्लॅन केला. रस्ता माझ्या ओळखीचा होता, त्यावर रस्त्याची बर्‍यापैकी स्थिती ही चांगली होती, आम्हाला काही पॅच आणि अरुंद रस्ते  आम्ही बाईकस्वार असल्याने, अशा ही रस्त्याचा आनंद घेतला. रस्त्याच्या दोन्ही बाजूंनी अतिशय सुंदर दृश्यांनी बहरलेले आहे. अनेकवेळा डोंगरमाथ्यावरून निळा समुद्र सूर्यास्त होत असताना नारंगी झालेला पाहिला. समुद्र जणू सूर्याला विश्रांतीसाठी आमंत्रण देत आहे.

After a beautiful ride, we reached Vengurla at 2:30 am. We saw only street lights, there was nobody on the road. After the Vengurla, the map gave us a right turn indication. A small narrow road starts and we finally reached Sagareshwar Beach.

सुंदर राईड करून पहाटे अडीच वाजता आम्ही वेंगुर्ल्याला पोहोचलो. आम्हाला फक्त पथदिवे दिसले, रस्त्यावर कोणीच नव्हते. वेंगुर्ल्या नंतर नकाशाने उजवीकडे वळणाचे संकेत दिले. एक छोटासा अरुंद रस्ता सुरू झाला आणि आम्ही शेवटी सागरेश्वर बीचवर पोहोचलो.

Night Camping in Sagareshwar

We always try camping for duel benefit. 1) It saves our money. 2) it’s Save our time. Which helps us to explore more places in a minimum period.

आम्ही नेहमी दुहेरी फायद्यासाठी कॅम्पिंग करण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो. 1) हे तुमचे पैसे वाचवते. २) तो आमचा वेळ वाचवतो. त्यामुळे आम्हाला कमीत कमी कालावधीत अधिक ठिकाणे एक्सप्लोर करण्यात मदत करते.

We saw a no one around us. We select a place near Sagreshwer temple for Camping. We started  to set our tent. A cool wind came from the beach which creates a different noice. It’s become more noisy when passing through trees. 

आम्हाला आमच्या आजूबाजूला कोणीही दिसले नाही. कॅम्पिंगसाठी आम्ही सागरेश्वर मंदिराजवळील जागा निवडली. आम्ही आमचा तंबू लावायला सुरुवात केली. समुद्रकिनाऱ्यावरून एक थंड वारा आला ज्यामुळे एक वेगळाच आवाज निर्माण झाला. झाडांमधून जाताना ते अधिक चित्तथरारक वाटलं.

We set our tent and take a rest, it’s a such a airy environment. It’s far better than air conditioner room. We all were so tired so as soon as we touch our back on floor we got to sleep. We wake up in morning at 5:45 am. and saw light in Sagareshwar temple, We hear a mantra from temple. Now the time for breakfast. We collect some broken dry wood branches and make a bonfire. We alredy carried some food packet, maggy, Paneer pieces. We fry paneer in fire and maggy. It’s a lovely test in open space.

आम्ही आमचा तंबू व्यवस्थित सेट केला आणि विश्रांती घेतली. समुद्र शेजारी असल्याने हे खूप हवेशीर वातावरण होते. एअर कंडिशनर रूमपेक्षा खूप चांगले. आम्ही सर्व खूप थकलो होतो त्यामुळे आम्ही आमच्या पाठीला जमिनीवर टेकताच आम्हाला झोप लागली. आम्ही सकाळी 5:45 ला उठलो आणि त्यावेळी सागरेश्वर मंदिरात प्रकाश दिसला, मंदिरातून मंत्र ऐकू येत होते. आता नाश्त्याची वेळ झाली आहे. आम्ही काही तुटलेल्या कोरड्या लाकडाच्या फांद्या गोळा करून आणि चूल पेटवली. आम्ही आधीच काही फूड पॅकेट, मॅगी, पनीरचे तुकडे घेऊन गेलो होतो. उत्तम लोकेशन आणी गरमागरम नाश्ता म्हणजेच दिवसाची उत्तम सुरुवातच.

One farce scene happened in the night, while settings a tent we fill someone standing in white clothes with surround sound. It’s quite scary at night. But when we saw it in the morning. We are not able to stop laughing after seeing that white cloth was hanging on a tree.

रात्री एक प्रहसन दृश्य घडले, तंबू उभारताना आम्ही पांढऱ्या कपड्यात उभ्या असलेल्या एखाद्या आकृतीला पाहिले सभोवतालच्या आवाजाने त्यास अधिकच भीतीदायक साथ मिळाली. पण सकाळी पाहिल्यावर. झाडावर पांढरे कापड लटकलेले पाहून आम्हाला हसू आवरले नाही. अशाच फसगत मुले लोक घाबरतात.

After this type of wonderful camping and breakfast, We move towards our next destination GOA.

या प्रकारच्या अप्रतिम कॅम्पिंग आणि न्याहारीनंतर, आम्ही आमच्या पुढील गंतव्य GOA च्या दिशेने निघालो.
