We went here during our Srisailam, Akkalkot and Kurvapur trips. To reach Kurvapur, we reached Panchdev Pahad the night before.

Information about Sripada Chaya Ashram

This Ashram is mainly built for the followers of Datta Guru. This is the place to stay to get to Kurvapur. The best accommodation is at reasonable prices. The place is characterized by uninterrupted remembrance of Shripad Srivallabha and Agnihotra.

हा आश्रम मुख्यत्वेकरून दत्त गुरूंच्या अनुयायांसाठी बनविला गेलेला आश्रम आहे. कुरवापुर येथे जाण्यासाठी या ठिकाणी आपल्याला वास्तव्य करण्यास मिळते. राहण्याची उत्तम व्यवस्था येथे वाजवी किमतीमध्ये केली जाते. श्रीपाद श्रीवल्लभांचे अखंड नामस्मरण आणि अग्निहोत्र या ठिकाणचे वैशिष्ट्य आहे.

Datta Avtar temple

On the outside of the temple, there is a small temple of Datta Uttar. It mainly has temples of Datta Sampradayas like Shripad Srivallabh, Nrusinha Saraswati, Shri Swami Samarth, Shri Manik Prabhu, Shri Sainath.

मंदिराच्या बाहेरच्या बाजूस, दत्त उत्तरांची छोटेखानी मंदिर आहेत. यामध्ये मुख्यत्वे करून श्रीपाद श्रीवल्लभ, नृसिंह सरस्वती, श्री स्वामी समर्थ,श्री माणिक प्रभू, श्रीसाईनाथ या दत्तसंप्रदायातील विभूतींची मंदिर आहे.

The entrance of Shripad Chhaya Ashram is very lined and charming. It has a standing idol of Shripadashrivallabh on one side and a standing idol of Shri Hanumanta on the other side. The entrance stands with a lion’s arch and replicas of the deities, examples of beautiful architecture.

श्रीपाद छाया आश्रमाचे प्रवेशद्वार फारच रेखिव आणि मनमोहक आहे. यामध्ये एका बाजूला श्रीपादश्रीवल्लभ यांची उभी मूर्ती आणि दुसऱ्या बाजूलाश्री हनुमंताची उभी मूर्ती. सिंहाची कमान आणि आणि देवीदेवतांच्या प्रतिकृती अतिशय सुंदर वास्तुकलेचे उदाहरण असलेले हे प्रवेशद्वार आपल्या स्वागतासाठी उभे आहे.

Datta Temple at Sripada Chaya Ashram

The Datta temple here and the stone idol of Shri Datta are very attractive. Worship is performed regularly in this temple. An offering is made to Dattaprabhu and then the food canopy begins. Uninterrupted remembrance and cremation is going on in the temple itself.

इथे असलेले दत्त मंदिर आणि श्री दत्ताची दगडी मूर्ती फारच मनमोहक आहे. या मंदिरात नित्य पूजा अर्चना होत असते. दत्तप्रभूंना नैवेद्य दाखवला जातो आणि त्यानंतर अन्नछत्र ला सुरुवात होते. मंदिरातच अखंड नामस्मरण आणि होमहवन सुरू आहे.
