आम्ही आमच्या मित्रमंडळींच्या सोबत बरेच वेळा अंगारकी संकष्टी च्या आदल्या दिवशी रात्री 12 नंतर येथे भेट दिली आहे. आमच्या मित्रांपैकी एक, श्री मंदार राजापूर हे दर अंगारकी संकष्टीला टिटवाळा गणपतीला भेट देतात. मुंबईतून ट्रेनने प्रवास करताना सारी मंडळी भजन कीर्तनात एवढी लीन होतात की टिटवाळा स्टेशन कधी आले ते  कळतच नाही.

टिटवाळा गणेश कथा आणि इतिहास

Mahaganapati of Titwala is one of the most ancient Ganapati. It is said that this Ganapati must have preceded Dushyant-Shakuntala. The idol may have been immersed in a nearby lake to protect it from alien and ungodly forces.

टिटवाळ्याचा महागणपती अतिप्राचीन गणपती पैकी एक आहे. या गणपतीबद्दल असं म्हटलं जातं की हा गणपती दुष्यंत-शकुंतला यांच्या अगोदरपासून असावा. परकीय आणि अधर्म या शक्तींपासून रक्षण करण्यासाठी या मूर्तीचे जवळच असलेला तलावात विसर्जन करण्यात आले असावे.

The nearby lake was rebuilt during the reign of Madhavrao Peshwa. At that time, this Ganesha interviewed the real Peshwa Madhav Rao and made him aware of his existence. According to the interview, Madhavrao excavated the three and a half feet idol and installed the idol of Lord Ganesha.

माधवराव पेशवे यांच्या काळामध्ये लगतच्या तलावाचे पुनर बांधकाम करण्यात आले. त्यावेळी या गणेशाने प्रत्यक्ष पेशवे माधव राव यांना साक्षात्कार दिला आणी आपल्या अस्तित्वाची जाणीव करून दिली. साक्षात्काराने नुसार माधवरावाने येथे खोदकाम करून या साडेतीन फुटी मूर्तीचा शोध घेतला आणि त्या श्री गणेशाच्या मूर्तीची प्रतिष्ठापना  केली आणी मूर्तीला साजेसे मंदिर बांधून पूर्ण केले आणी बाजूला तलावाचे उत्तम बांधकाम करून सभोवतालच्या नागरिकांना सुखी केले.

Titawala Ganesh Temple Enternce Queue – टिटवाळा दर्शन रांग

Immediately after the entrance of the temple, there is a darshan queue. Angarki, Sankashta Chaturthi, Tuesday, Titwala had a large crowd of devotees. This darshan queue has been arranged so that they can take darshan properly.

मंदिराच्या प्रवेश द्वारा नंतर लगेचच दर्शन रांग लागते. अंगारकी, संकष्ट चतुर्थी, मंगळवारी, Titwala येथे भाविकांची मोठ्या प्रमाणावर भाविकांची गर्दी होते. त्यांना योग्य रीतीने दर्शन घेता यावे या साठी या दर्शन रांगेची सोय करण्यात आली आहे.

Titawala Temple structure – मंदिराचा गाभारा

The Temple is divided into three sections.

Main temple You can go directly to the main temple through the darshan queue. Here devotees can take advantage of Darshan.
Sabhamandap – After Darshan, sometimes you can sit in Sabhamandap to recite the name.
First floor – You can go up to the first floor by climbing the stairs in the auditorium. Devotees can sit here on the first floor to recite the name. One can take darshan of Shri Ganesha from the first garden. You can also take a walk around Shri Ganapati Bappa.

मंदिराचा गाभारा हा तीन विभागात विभागला आहे.

• गणपती बाप्पाची मूर्ती आणि मुख्य गाभारा –
  • दर्शन रांगेतून थेट मुख्य गाभाऱ्यात जाता येते. येथे भाविकांना  दर्शनाचा लाभ घेता येतो.
• सभामंडप – दर्शन झाल्यानंतर काहीवेळ आपल्यास नामस्मरण करण्यासाठी सभामंडपात बसता येते.
• पहिला मजला – सभामंडपातील शिड्या चढून आपण पहिल्या मजल्यावर जाऊ शकतो. पहिल्या मजल्यावर ही भाविकांनी नामस्मरण करण्यासाठी येथे बसता येते. पहिल्या माळ्यावरून श्री गणेशाचे दर्शन घेता येते. तसेच श्री गणपती बाप्पाच्या भोवती प्रदक्षिणा ही घेता येते.

Titwala lake travel guide – टिटवाळा तलाव

The original construction of Titwala Lake dates back to Peshwa period. It was later repaired and maintained over time. Currently, boating facility has been started here by the municipality and temple administration. Devotees are offered a chance to relax with their families here. This lake is the only witness of Ganesha’s history and also plays an important role in the beautification of the temple.

टिटवाळा तलावाचे मूळ बांधकाम हे पेशवेकालीन आहे. पुढे कालानुरूप त्याची डागडुजी आणि देखरेख करण्यात आली. सध्या नगरपालिका आणी मंदिर प्रशासनाकडून येथे बोटिंग ची सुविधा सुरू केली गेली असून. भाविकांना येथे त्यांच्या कुटुंबियांच्या सोबत थोड्या विरंगुळ्यासाठी पर्याय उपलब्ध करून दिला आहे. हे तलाव गणेशाच्या   इतिहासाचे एकमेव साक्षीदार आहे तसेच मंदिराच्या सुशोभीकरणात महत्त्वाची भूमिका निभावत आहे.

Satyanarayana Pooja at Titwala टिटवाळा येथील सत्यनारायण पूजा

Collective Satyanarayana Pooja is performed here. All the preparations are done by the temple administration. For this puja only Rs. A fee of Rs.500 / – is charged. In which the whole puja arrangement, flowers, prasad and fruits are also provided by the temple. Devotees who are unable to perform pooja at home due to financial constraints or other difficulties may take advantage of this opportunity.

येथे सामूहिक सत्यनारायण पूजा केली जाते. ज्याची सर्व तयारी ही मंदिर प्रशासनाकडून केली जाते. या पूजेसाठी केवळ Rs. 500/- येवढे नाम मात्रं शुल्क आकारण्यात येते. ज्यामध्ये संपूर्ण पूजेची मांडणी, फुले, प्रसाद आणी फळेही, मंदिरा द्वारे पुरवली जातात. ज्या भाविकांना आर्थिक परिस्थिती मुळे अथवा इतर अडचणींमुळे त्यांच्या घरी पूजा करणे शक्य नसते असे भाविक या संधीचा लाभ घेऊ शकतात.

• Regular time नियमित वेळ – Morning 5 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 9 pm
• Sankashta Chaturthi संकष्ट चतुर्थी – Morning 4 am to 11 pm
• Angarki Sankashta Chaturthi – Monday night 12 to Tuesday night 12
• अंगारकी संकष्ट चतुर्थी – सोमवारी रात्री 12 ते मंगळवारी रात्री 12

Exhibition center at Titwala – टिटवाळा येथील प्रदर्शन

There is a permanent exhibition center on one side of the temple premises, with a wide range of items for sale, including religious and spiritual items, idols, household items, ornaments.

मंदिराच्या आवारात एका बाजूस कायम स्वरूपी प्रदर्शन केंद्र आहे, ज्यामध्ये धार्मिक, आणी आध्यात्मिक उपयोगाच्या वस्तू, मूर्ती, गृहोपयोगी, शोभिवंत वस्तू, अश्या अनेक वस्तू विक्रीस उपलब्ध आहेत.

Food courts at Titwala

There are many hotels available in Titwala, the hotel just in front of the temple and the taste of the food is amazing. These hotels look beautiful with their beautiful interiors.

टिटवाळा येथे अनेक हॉटेल्स ऊपलब्ध आहेत, त्यापैकी मंदिराच्या अगदी समोरच्या बाजूला असलेले हॉटेल आणी तेथील पदार्थांची टेस्ट ही अप्रतिम आहे. सुंदर इंटेरियर सोबत ही हॉटेल्स ही मनमोहक वाटतात.

Parking facilities available at Titawala Ganesh mandir

Parking is plentiful at Titwala. Car parking charges are Rs. 30 per car. टिटवाळा येथे पार्किंग मुबलक प्रमाणात उपलब्ध आहे. कार पार्किंग चार्जेस तीस रुपये प्रती 🚗 एवढे आहे.
