Sri Swami Samarth Math Palasadari was established through the tireless efforts of late Dada Maharaj Darekar and his followers. This banyan tree planted by Dada Maharaja is very flourishing. Swami is worshiped here in a scriptural manner. It has meditation temple, Annachhatra, dormitory of Sri Swami Samarth Maharaj Akkalkot, separate hall for satsang and sermons. Pooja Archana is performed here regularly. Many devotees of Swami from abroad visit here. Festivals like Datta Jayanti, Shree Swami Samarth Manifestation Day are celebrated here. Every devotee who comes here can feel the tremendous energy due to the scenic environment and spirituality.

Personal experience visit to Shree Swami Samarth math Palasdari

We have visited Akkalkot Swami Samarth’s Parasdari Math several times. The serene spiritual atmosphere here and the auspicious signs of Swami’s presence are a must when visiting here. There are many options available to reach Palasdari from Mumbai and other cities. Parasdari is a railway station of Central Railway. So this option is best for low cost and fast travel. A very short road from the main road takes you to the Parasdari Math. Adequate parking facilities have been provided here. After parking we came to the monastery, spiritual books and worship materials are availa. There is a mausoleum of Darekar Maharaj. Right next to it sits a festive idol of Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj under an Audumbara tree. Here it is customary to go to the Math after completing 11 Pradakshinas.

मुख्य रस्त्यावरून एक फार लहान रस्ता आपणास परसदरी मठाजवळ घेऊन जातो. येथे पुरेशी पार्किंगची सोय करण्यात आली आहे. पार्किंग करून मठात आल्यानंतर समोरच आध्यात्मिक पुस्तके आणी पूजेचे साहित्य विक्रीसाठी उपलब्ध आहेत. तेथून मुख्य दाराकडे जाताना डाव्या बाजूस स्व. दरेकर महाराज यांची समाधी आहे. त्याच्या अगदी शेजारी औदुंबराच्या झाडाखाली श्री स्वामी समर्थ महाराजांची उत्सव मूर्ती विराजमान आहे. येथे 11 प्रदक्षिणा पूर्ण करुन नंतरच मठात जाण्याची रीत आहे.

After entering through the main door, the main auditorium is visible in front. Many devotees gather here during Aarti as well as after Darshan. On the left side of the mandapa there is a way to approach the gabharya of the temple. By going there you can have a pleasant darshan of the Lord.

मुख्य दारातून प्रवेश केल्यानंतर मुख्य सभामंडप समोर दिसतो. आरतीच्या वेळी तसेच दर्शन झाल्यानंतर बरेच भाविक येथे जमतात. मंडपाच्या डाव्या बाजूने मंदिराच्या गाभार्‍या जवळ जाण्याचा मार्ग आहे. तेथे जाऊन आपणास स्वामींचे मनसोक्त दर्शन घेता येते.

Just next to Gabharya, there is a Shejghar prepared for Shree Swami Samartha. Swami’s image is seated on the wooden bed. Complete arrangements are made here for Swami’s comfort. Swami’s feet are seated on it.

गाभार्‍यातून बाहेर आल्यावर शेजारी स्वामींचे शेज घर आहे. लाकडी पलंगावर स्वामींची तसबीर विराजमान आहे. स्वामींच्या आरामाची येथे संपूर्ण व्यवस्था केली आहे. त्यावर स्वामींच्या चरण पादुका विराजमान आहेत.

The meditation temple is a special place of importance for the Palasadari Math. It is designed like a basement. Except for holidays, it’s pretty quiet here. Which creates a favorable environment for chanting and meditation. Japa Malas are placed here to help the devotees in chanting.

Free food is provided to the devotees through the Matha every Thursday and Sunday after the afternoon aarti ie at 12:30 PM. At this time, many devotees participate in organizing Mahaprasad. By paying a certain amount to the Math, you get the post of host for that day. Abhishekam and Puja of Swami are performed through you in a scientific manner, after which the devotees who come here as food donors are allowed to grow food by themselves.

मठा मार्फत दर गुरुवारी आणी रविवारी दुपारच्या आरतीनंतर म्हणजेच दुपारी 12:30 वाजता भाविकांच्या जेवणाची मोफत सोय केली जाते. यावेळी अनेक भाविक महाप्रसादाचे आयोजन करण्यात सहभाग घेतात. ठराविक रक्कम मठात भरल्यास आपणास त्या दिवसाचे यजमान पद मिळते. तुमच्या मार्फत स्वामींची शास्त्रोक्त पद्धतीने अभिषेक व पूजा केली जाते तद्नंतर येथील अन्नदाते म्हणुन आपणास आलेल्या भाविकांना स्व हस्ते जेवण वाढण्याची मुभा मिळते.

Palasadari Falls and Palasadari Dam is Just 10 minutes away from Swami Samarth Math. Many tourists visit here on rainy days. Palasadari lake area is quite wide so there is ample space for camping. The area here is very green and pleasant. Just 65 km from Mumbai and just 94 km from Pune, this place is a great option for a day trip.

स्वामी समर्थ मठा पासून अगदी 10 मिनिटाच्या अंतरावर पळसदरी धबधबा आणि पळसदरी चे धरण आहे. येथे पावसाच्या दिवसात अनेक पर्यटक भेट देतात.
