Personal Experience Road trip Mumbai to Motha Ganpati Mandir Shivde temple

We were first visited the big Ganpati Temple Shivde during our Mumbai Gokarna bike ride. Me and my friend Sameer started our bike ride after leaving office in late evening. We started our journey via Pune Satara, traveling for six to seven hours. After reaching Satara, we started looking for a place to relax. And we find one place on the left side of the road, a tall idol of Ganapati Bappa is visible. The idol was illuminated from all sides. So, from the street, Ganpati Bappa is actually appearing in front of us with his radiant light. It felt like that. There we left the main road and took off our bikes on an alternate parallel road next to it and within two minutes we reached the temple gate.

आम्ही मोठा गणपती मंदिर शिवडे या ठिकाणी पहिल्यांदा आमच्या मुंबई गोकर्ण बाइक राईड दरम्यान पहिल्यांदा भेट दिली होती. नेहमीप्रमाणे आम्ही ऑफिस सुटल्यानंतर आमच्या बाईक raide सुरुवात केली. सहा ते सात तासांचा प्रवास करत आम्ही पुणे सातारा मार्गे प्रवास सुरू केला. सातारा येऊन गेल्यानंतर आम्ही थोडा आराम करण्यासाठी एखादी जागा शोधू लागलो. आणि बघतो तर काय रस्त्याच्या डाव्या बाजूला एक उंच अशी गणपती बाप्पाची मूर्ती दृष्टीस  पडली. मूर्तीवर चारी बाजूने प्रकाशयोजना करण्यात आली होती. त्यामुळे रस्त्यावरून पाहता प्रत्यक्ष गणपती बाप्पा आपल्या तेजोमय कांती सोबत आमच्या समोर येऊन दर्शन देत आहेत. असा आभास झाला. तेथे मुख्य रस्ता सोडून शेजारी असलेल्या पर्यायी समांतर रस्त्यावर आम्ही आमच्या बाइक उतरवल्या आणी अगदी दोन मिनिटात मंदिराच्या गेट समोर पोहोचलो.

The gate of the temple was open. The light on the idol was spread all around. After we entered through the gate, a spacious field was seen in front of us. A walkway was made in the middle of it using Shahabadi flooring. Walking on it we reached the temple. We took some rest under the canopy outside the temple. After resting for two or three hours, we started our next journey after seeing Bappa there. From that day onwards this place became our rest stop on the Mumbai Bangalore highway.

मंदिराचे गेट हे खुले होते. मूर्तीवर असणारा प्रकाश सभोवताली पसरला होता. गेट मधून आम्ही आत गेल्यानंतर प्रशस्त असे मैदान समोर दिसले. त्याच्या मधोमध शहाबादी फरशी वापरून एक पायवाट बनवण्यात आली होती. त्यावर चालत आम्ही मंदिराकडे पोहोचलो. मंदिराबाहेर असलेला छताखाली आम्ही थोडी विश्रांती घेतली. दोन तीन तास विश्रांती घेतल्यानंतर आम्ही तेथे बाप्पाचे दर्शन घेऊन पुढील प्रवासास निघालो. त्या दिवसा पासुन हे ठिकाण आमचे मुंबई बेंगलोर हायवे वरचे विश्रांतीचे ठिकाण बनले.

After that we were visited this place once again during our family trip to Mumbai Pawankhind. With good car parking facilities, it is the best safe and spiritual place to rest for some time during the journey.

त्या नंतर आमच्या मुंबई पावनखिंड या फॅमिली ट्रीप दरम्यान पुन्हा एकदा या ठिकाणी भेट दिली. कार पार्किंग ची उत्तम सोय असल्याने प्रवासाच्या दरम्यान काही काळ विश्रांती घेण्यासाठी हे सर्वोत्तम सुरक्षित आणी आध्यात्मिक ठिकाण आहे.
