How we find this Location
As you know, off in search of new sights. Reached Ashoka Vihgaon Falls via Kasara. When the villagers were asked about some places of interest in the neighbourhood. He informed us about Deobandh places of interest. Which is next to the villages of Khondala in Palghar district on the Kasara – Jawhar road. It was about 30 km from Vihgaon to Khondala. While crossing this distance, the entire atmosphere in the rain looked very charming. The distance from Khondala to Deobandh is 4 km. We reached Deobandh, passing many twists and turns, waterfalls, ghat roads and surrounded by lush green nature.
आपणास माहीत असल्या प्रमाणे नवीन प्रेक्षणीय स्थळांच्या शोधासाठी निघालो. कसारा मार्गे अशोका विहिगाव धबधबा येथे पोहोचलो. तेथील ग्रामस्थांना शेजारील काही प्रेक्षणीय स्थळांबद्दल विचारले असता. त्यांनी आम्हाला देवबांध या प्रेक्षणीय स्थळांबद्दल माहिती मिळाली. जे कसारा – जव्हार रस्त्यावर पालघर जिल्ह्यातील खोंडाळा या गावां शेजारी आहे. विहिगाव ते खोंडाळा साधारण 30 km चे अंतरावर होते. हे अंतर पार करत असताना पावसात संपूर्ण वातावरण फार मनमोहक दिसत होते. खोंडाळा ते देवबांध हे ठिकाण 4 km आहे. रस्त्यात अनेक नागमोडी वळणे, धबधबे, घाट रस्ते पार करत आणी हिरव्या गार निसर्गाच्या सानिध्यात वसलेले देवबांध येथे पोहोचलो.
Ganpati temple Devbandh travel guide – गणपती मंदिर देवबांध
We started our visit to this tourist spot by seeing Ganpati Bappa, the adorable deity of Maharashtra. Descending the ghat, we reached directly near the Ganpati temple. Beautiful Ganpati temple, river flowing behind the temple. All in all the environment is a great place for spiritual peace. A fine copper colored idol of Shri Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the god of initiation, knowledge, wisdom and intellect, is installed in the temple. During the year, especially during the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi, a large number of devotees are seen here. This small temple looked very beautiful due to its beautiful Vastu design and maintenance.
आपल्या या पोस्टची सुरवात आपण महाराष्ट्राचे आराध्य दैवत म्हणजे गणपती बाप्पाच्या दर्शनाने केली. घाट उतरून थेट गणपती मंदिराच्या जवळ पोहोचलो. सुंदर असे गणपती मंदिर, मंदिराच्या मागील बाजूस वाहणारी नदी. एकूणच सर्व वातावरण आध्यात्मिक शांती साठी उत्तम ठिकाण. विघ्न म्हणजेच अडथळे दूर करणारा आणि सुरुवात, ज्ञान, बुद्धी आणि बुद्धीचा देवता श्री गणेश याची छान तांबूस रंगाची मूर्ती मंदिरात स्थापित आहे. वर्षातील विशेषत: गणेश चतुर्थीच्या सणादरम्यान भाविकांची वर्दळ येथे दिसून येते. सुंदर वास्तु रचना आणी देखरेख यामुळे हे छोटेखानी मंदिर फार सुंदर दिसत होते.
Devbandh waterfall – देवबांध धबधबा
After having darshan of Ganapati Bappa, we proceeded to Deobandh waterfall. Deobandh is a waterfall just five hundred meters from the temple. This waterfall, which is right next to the main road, is divided into two sections. It was a treat for us to see the scenic waterfall flowing down like a beautiful staircase at the top. This waterfall was quite safe and less stressful for a family trip. The surroundings of the falls were absolutely breathtaking. The ghat road that divides the two falls is a bit adventurous but safe for the adventure-loving youth.
गणपती बाप्पाचे दर्शन घेऊन आम्ही देवबांध धबधब्याजवळ निघालो. मंदिरापासून अवघ्या पाचशे मीटर अंतरावर देवबांध हा धबधबा आहे. मुख्य रस्त्याला अगदी लागून असलेला हा धबधबा दोन विभागात विभागाला गेला आहे. वरील बाजूस छान पायऱ्यांसारखा खाली ओसंडणार निसर्गरम्य धबधब्याचे दृश्य पाहणे आमच्या साठी एक पर्वणीच होती. हा धबधबा कौटुंबिक सहली साठी अगदी सुरक्षित आणी कमी त्रास दायक होता. धबधब्याच्या सभोवतालचा परिसर अगदी मन मोहक होता. दोन धबधब्याला विभागणारा घाट रस्ता त्याच्या खालील धबधबा adventure आवडणार्‍या तरुणाई साठी थोडा साहसी पण सुरक्षित असा धबधबा नक्की आवडेल.
